Twin Pluto Meeps (Tsum Tsums)

Nana JoAnn's very first attempt at making a Meep (Tsum Tsum). These Meeps are Pluto. She actually made 3 of them. She had difficulty with the first one because the material kept stretching. On the 3rd one (which is not pictured) she used an iron on backer that stopped it from stretching.
