Pluto Meep (Tsum Tsum)

Nana JoAnn's very first attempt at making a Meep (Tsum Tsum). This one is Pluto. She actually made 3 of them. She had difficulty with the first one because the material kept stretching. The 3rd one she used an iron on backer that stopped it from stretching.
